IRISH BRUTES MUST SEE THE LIGHT

What excuse can those crude Irish terrorists have for planting bombs in London? After all we have done to civilize those primitive Catholic savages? See BBC Special Report: 1000 Years of British Civilization Down the Loo.

WAR AGAINST TALIBAN TYPICAL MALE PATRIARCHAL DOMINATION

An influential segment of British feminists sees the campaign against the Taliban as the latest example of infantile male domination. BBC Correspondent Hillary Rugg-Chomper reports from Germaine Greer's 100-room Berks cottage.

FOOTBALL FANS RIOT IN LEEDS

The Division 12 Match between Humping and Stiffy-in-the-Rear was marred by a riot in which 12,000 English football fans died. Fortunately, none of them was one of us.

Jews continue to slaughter the flower of handsome Arab youth

BBC Palestine correspondent Nigel Reamer reports from Ramallah

Those vicious hairy Israeli soldiers have once again slaughtered the flower of Arab youth who were congregating together in the Palestinian city of Ramallah. The youth, their rich brown eyes delicately framed with dark lashes, were shot by Israeli police for no other reason than they had stoned to death some fat settlers who had no business being there to begin with.

I saw with my own eyes the heartbreaking scene of these lovely -- and ever-so-friendly -- youths dodging the bullets of vicious Israeli soldiers who were attacking supposedly in pursuit of so-called alleged "terrorists" who allegedly kill "innocent" Israeli men, women and children at dinner in Netanya or Haifa.

I had the opportunity to share a coffee with one of the most exquisite of these sensitive lads. As his full, petulant lips completed a sip of coffee (rather good, by the way), he explained the heroic conduct of his plucky lads: "We want to kill the Jews and drink their blood. We will push them into the sea and plow them under. Why won't they understand this?" When will those pushy, aggressive Israelis understand that their occupation is driving peaceful (yet passionate!) young Arab men to utter these fighting words, flushing an especially luscious vermilion as they do so?

The plight of Palestinian boys in Jerusalem

BBC Jerusalem correspondent Alistair White-Swallow reports on the vicious treatment of innocent Palestinian teenage boys

One can hardly walk the streets of Jerusalem, even in the wee small hours of the morning, without being accosted by extremely rude and crude Israeli soldiers, including some very bossy young women, inquiring as to why a British subject loiters outside the gents WC at the Egged Bus Station. The answer: the gents is one of the few places in which handsome young Palestinian men, some still with the downy cheeks of youth, talk freely about their sufferings under the brutal Israeli occupation.

One lad said, "The Israelis came and shot my brother. They claimed that the explosives strapped to his waist were to be used to blow up the Hadassah Hospital. How can I explain to my mother that dear Ahmed has been taken from her?" At this point, the wide brown eyes of the boy glisten with tears as, overcome, he buries his head on the willing shoulder of a good listener.

Another boy, barely in his teens, explains that he has no place to live since the Israelis dynamited his family's home where ten howitzers were found, their barrels still warm from recent shootings. "Even though the mortars were only to be used in defense of our precious homeland!"

The examples mount, but there is no question that Arab frustration is boiling over and is likely to reach an explosive climax. Israelis, still bearing a chip on their shoulders over some sort of bother or another, ignore the hard realities at their peril.

We always like to hear from our listeners, especially handsome young lads in Middle Eastern and South Asian countries.

The Jews are our misfortune

BBC roving correspondent Phil Bunns interviews Palestinian spokesman Harridan Bushwaii

The internationally-famous Harridan Bushwaii, self-proclaimed mayor of Greater Jaffa (including the former Semitic colony of Tel Aviv) greets me in her modest twelve-room home in real Jerusalem, now under brutal Israeli occupation. Ms. Bushwaii, who received an upper second in Greats at Somerville, greets the visitors with right strong tea and passable scones and jam.

Talking with the forthright Ms. Bushwaii, one almost forgets she is a woman. Her hair is short and her wispy dark sideburns would not look out of place on a fourteen-year-old boy such as one might find at the Egged Bus Station. Even her melodious alto voice reminds this correspondent of many Arab boys he has known over the years. But Ms. Bushwaii will not turn her back on her people. She has recently returned from a 12-nation speaking tour capped by a keynote speech at the UN Conference on Getting Rid of the Jews, which just wrapped up on the Riviera.

"The Jews, they refuse to acknowledge the legitimate rights and aspirations of the Palestinian people. They insist on their occupation of Arab lands in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beersheba and Eilat. My grandmother was driven out of her house in Haifa 50 years ago, she always said. Why don't I have the right to own the shopping mall the occupiers built there?"

Although the slightly-built, indeed boyish, Ms. Bushwaii speaks softly, she knows how to wield a big stick. "The support of the British people has been so helpful to us just as it was in 1939, when you prevented the scum of European Jewry from flooding our lands, and in 1948, when you did your best to preserve Palestine for us. I hope that the close and intense intercourse between our two cultures will continue until we together rid the land of these pesky Jews. No ifs, ands or buts about it!"
